Garlic vendors, esparto workers, smiths, chandlers, ice-cream vendors and totters invade the streets of
Miranda de Arga to pay tribute to the trades that made up the way of life of the local people half a century ago. It is an excellent opportunity to get to know about working in the fields. Exhibitions of ancient rural machinery and demonstrations of cutting with scythes, hoes and other trades recreate the more country-like side of Miranda de Arga. Dancing in the streeets, ceremonial giants and pipers provide the festive note for the day.
