The Hotel and Restaurant Association of Navarre organises this unique event, which celebrates the
pincho (tapas) culture of this region.
More than ninety bars take part in the event every year, creating delicious,
highly elaborate recipes that compete for one of the prizes - gold, silver or bronze - awarded by the jury based on the quality of the delicacy presented.
Similarly, the Institute of Food Quality of Navarre concedes a themed distinction to tapas which include
typically Navarrese produce such as asparagus, artichokes and beef, amongst others.
In spring, the streets of various Navarrese towns are filled with the high spirits of lovers of good food. And in the midst of this festive atmosphere, everyone can enjoy sampling innovative,
imaginative and exclusive tapas from our haute cuisine in miniature at a special price.
