Every year, Doneztebe/Santesteban holds a fair on the first Friday in May. The town's delightful streets fill up with stalls from early morning on, with all kinds of products grown or made in the farmhouses in the area. You can also try talos, delicious corn cakes filled with spicy sausage, while you check out stalls with wooden utensils, clothes and decorative articles. The day ends with a competition for the best ram and products from the traders in the area, plus activities for children.
