CIN Roncal
You can find this Nature Interpretation Centre, which shares space with the Tourist Office, at the heart of the Navarrese Pyrenees in the town of Roncal. Located in the town that was the birthplace of the illustrious tenor Julián Gayarre, it studies the human impact on the valley's resources and the conservation of its ecosystem, the essence of which is embodied in the Larra-Belagua Nature Reserve.

The Roncal Interpretation Centre covers three floors with informative panels, models, interactive games and even a hologram of a shepherd relating life in the Roncal mountains to help give you a better understanding of the history and future of the Roncal valley:

Ground floor. General information on the geography, nature and culture of the region as well as tourist and environmental material on the surrounding area. On the ground floor you can also see reproductions of the main birds of prey in the area.
First floor. Here you can discover the characteristics of the natural environment and human life in the Roncal valley, including features on bears, the most representative flora and fauna, and the history of the almadías (river rafts) and transhumance.
Second floor. A slide-show and ethnographic exhibition featuring traditional tools and implements will give you a greater insight into life in the Roncal valley.
