Tucked under the Sierra de Tabar
close to the Lumbier Gorge stands the little village of Tabar and the restored 17th century house that houses this museum, the result of the artistic inclinations of the Marquises of Jaureguizar.
Consisting of a collection built up over the centuries by constant acquisitions, it exhibits a rich and varied selection of historic and artistic objects, paintings, tapestries, coins, documents and furniture, with a particularly exceptional
collection of knives, firearms, secret weapons and artillery.
