There are two outstanding jewels in San Martín de Unx: rosé wine, and the Romanesque crypt of San Martín de Tours. The Day of Rosé Wine, is an excellent opportunity to taste the first and discover the second.

The events in this festivity take place throughout the day, but chistorrada and the wine tasting are clearly the most popular. Handicrafts and music fill the streets of the village on a day in which rosé wine shares the stage with reds and white from the four wineries in the municipality. So that visitors can learn more about this light and fruity drink, a wine tasting initiation course is organised.

Guided visits around the village and its wineries round off the programme. A visit to the Romanesque crypt of San Martín de Tours, considered one of the most beautiful and best conserved in Navarre, gives the day a cultural note.
