For some years now, the beautiful town of Ujué
has hosted the Migas Festival in September. The name of the festival evokes its essence, as the focal event is a tasting session of this delicious foodstuff.
Migas are a pastoral speciality
made from sheep's tallow, garlic, water, salt and stale bread.
During the day you can also sample other traditional products, browse the shepherds' market and enjoy an exhibition of crafts
and ancient trades.
