'Cazuelica' and Wine Week

This is a unique opportunity to showcase regional cuisine. In today's busy, rushed lifestyles, cooking has been relegated to second place. Establishments offer miniature pot-cooked appetizers sold at unit prices served in cazuelicas, small individual earthenware pots. Traditional examples of Navarrese cuisine, such as the Ajoarriero cod, stewed lamb or suckling pig are served in small portions accompanied by the Navarra wines that best suit them.
