Espárragos al natural
This is one of the most common and tasty ways of eating asparagus.

Its very special flavour makes asparagus, especially if it is fresh, one of the dishes that needs no accompaniment.

Asparagus is usually served with mayonnaise or a vinaigrette sauce.

The vinaigrette is prepared by chopping onions and boiled eggs into very small pieces and mixing them with olive oil and vinegar (or lemon) to taste.

Ingredients: 16 espárragos de Navarra gruesos, 1 cebolla, 1 huevo duro, aceite de oliva, sal y vinagre.
