Aoiz Costrada

The costrada (crust) is the traditional dessert of Aoiz. It is a pie with a golden, cake-like crust (hence its name) and an exquisite creamy filling. It is served warm, often accompanied by a light custard. A sublime dessert that lovers of sweets should not miss.
