Founded in 1995 as a small family bodega, the building has a winemaking and wine storage facility, where wines are aged in barrels in the underground storage room. The grapes come from the bodega's own 7 hectares of vineyards, and the winemaking capacity of the bodega is 50,000 litres. It currently has 85 casks.
A significant characteristic of this bodega is that its vines are grown organically, endorsed by official certification.
It makes two kinds of young red wines which are given a short ageing period in both cask and bottle. They are bottled under the "Fidelium" label.
