The bodega was founded in December 2000 by Luis Pascual and stands on the site of the former bodega in Garínoain from 1942, having introduced considerable improvements and new machinery for storing and ageing quality wines.
The bodega stands on a 1,200-square-metre site and has a winemaking capacity of 200,000 litres in stainless steel tanks and 125,000 litres in oak casks, of which there are 400 barrels holding 300 litres each.
The bodega markets red and rosé wines under the "Viña Valdorva" label. In 2002 it released its first Crianza with the name "Eolo".
