Castillo de Monjardín

Pilgrim's Way to Santiago
Food / Wineries

This bodega was founded in 1988 based on a plantation of vineyards of French varieties which adapted to this part of Tierra Estella extraordinarily well. They were followed by the bodega itself with cutting-edge equipment and techniques, and later a very evocative and traditional décor. With this premise - giving priority to the grape and the winemaking process - the bodega has positioned itself at the forefront of quality and part of the leading group of new Navarrese wines.
It is surrounded by 120 hectares of its own vineyards and its goal is to obtain Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes of outstanding quality.
The bodega makes white and red wines based on carefully selected grapes. The wine is marketed under the "Castillo de Monjardín" label and the bodega's flagship bottles are its white Chardonnays.
