The bodega was founded in 1992 in the Valdizarbe region by twelve local grape-growers in order to make wine from their own grapes.
The grape varieties grown are Cabernet, Merlot, Garnacha, Tempranillo, Viura, Chardonnay and Garnacha Vieja.
The wines from Bodegas y Viñedos Nekeas embrace the whole range of young wines (whites, rosés and reds) through to distinguished Reserva wines, and include two classic Crianzas and two fermented and cask-aged Chardonnays which are generally marketed under the "Nekeas" label and occasionally as "Vega Sindoa". There is an interesting red wine known as "El Chaparral De Vega Sindoa" and it also markets a very select red under the "Izar De Nekeas" label.

Todo el año: de lunes a viernes, de 9:00 a 14:00 y de 15:30 a 17:30. Sábados, de 9:00 a 14:00.

Guided visit

Description: inlcuye visita a trujal, cata de 2 vinos, 2 aceites y aperitivo con queso de Idiazábal y chistorra. Visita a viñedos, opcional. Idiomas: castellano, inglés y francés.

Price of the visit: 12€. Niños gratis. 10% de descuento para grupos a partir de 10 personas.
