Discounts in accommodation, restaurants and activities

IMPORTANT NOTE

The “Navarre welcomes you free” promotion will not only continue in 2010 but from 27 April includes discounts in restaurants and hotels/country guest houses. Don't miss this opportunity! We will keep you up to date.
Through its “Reyno de Navarra” tourism campaign the regional government sets out to reward people who visit our region. Tourists who stay for a minimum 2 nights in one of the hotels/places under the scheme will receive an attractive reward in the form of vouchers with discounts in a number of tourism services.

Apart from discounts in hotels and restaurants, you can enjoy guided visits to old quarters of cities and towns and the most important monnuments, a tapas route, mountain bike routes, and learn about the processes involved in making oil, wine and cheese... guided nature walks, sailing boats, entry to museums, relaxation in a spa... Many of these will be free of charge to you, and in the others the sum of money to be paid will be really attractive… For example, a family of 5 that stays in Navarre for 4 nights in one of the hotels/country guest houses in the scheme could save up to 340 euros.

            INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS:


    General conditions
    - A minimum 2 night stay is necessary to be entitled to the vouchers
    - The discounts will only be applied to accommodation, restaurants, transport companies and activities under the scheme. You will soon be able to access a list from here.

    What discounts are included in each voucher?
    - 2 discounts of 3 euros for 2 visits
    - 1 discount of 6 euros for 1 activity
    - 2 discounts of 6 euros for 2 lunches or dinners
    - 1 discount of 20% on accommodation (max. 10 euros per person/2 nights)

    * Discounts cannot be accumulated (e.g. you cannot use 2 six-euro discounts for one person's meal)

    How many vouchers can be used by each person?
    One voucher for every 2 nights is given, with a maximum of 2 vouchers if the stay is 4 nights or more.

    How can I get the vouchers?
    In an establishment under the scheme where you will stay.
    In an establishment under the scheme if you are going to stay between the following dates:
    - High season: any time during national long weekends and from 15 July to 15 September
    - Rest of the year: at weekends
    *The campaign will end either when the number of vouchers allocated to each establishment, the amount under  the budget for 2010 runs out, and in any case at 31 December 2010.

    How can I get one of these discounts?
    By presenting the voucher in restaurants or in the tour guide/activity company, or in the establishment where you received it

    When can I take advantage of the promotion?
    Discounts in accommodation can be used during the period of validity of the vouchers, and discounts in activities, visits and restaurants that are not used in this period can also be enjoyed the rest of the year.

    * This promotion does not apply during the festivity of San Fermín (6-14 July) in campsites in Navarra and hotels/hostels in Pamplona and the surrounding area (municipalities of Pamplona, Barañain, Burlada, Villava, Mutilva Alta, Mutilva Baja, Huarte-Pamplona, Olaz, Ansoain, Berriozar, Cizur Menor, Zizur Mayor, Noain, Imarcoain and Beriain). The promotion will continue to apply in the rest of Navarre.

            
            TRAVEL AGENCIES:


    For groups of at least 20 people who stay in hotels and tourist hostels that are part of the campaign, the discounts are even higher:

    - Per 2 nights stay: same discounts and conditions as for individual customers
    - Per 1 night's stay: 1 discount voucher of 150€ for every 20 people, or fraction for 1 visit or activity
